The login process at a6star is designed to be as simple and quick as possible. No lengthy steps or cumbersome verification every time you want to play. Just enter your registered phone number or username, followed by your password — and within seconds, you're inside your account.

For added security, you can enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings. With 2FA active, every new login attempt will require an OTP code sent to your registered phone number. This keeps your account secure even if your password falls into the wrong hands.

For a smoother and faster login experience, download the a6star app from our Download us. The app is available for Android and iOS with an interface optimised for mobile screens.

After installing the app, log in once and select the "Remember Me" option for convenient future access. The a6star app also supports biometric login — fingerprint or facial recognition — on supported devices, making the login process faster without compromising security.

Managing Your Login Session

A6star provides a security dashboard that lets you view all currently active sessions. You can see which devices are logged in to your account, including the location and time of last access. If you spot an unrecognised session, you can terminate it immediately from the dashboard.

Your login session will automatically expire after a set period of inactivity, or when you close the browser without logging out. For better security, especially when using a public or shared device, always log out manually when you are done playing.

Common Login Issues and How to Resolve Them

Sometimes users encounter minor difficulties during login attempts. Here are some common situations and simple ways to resolve them without needing to contact support:

• Password not accepted — Make sure Caps Lock is off and that you are entering the correct password. Try again carefully or use the password recovery function.
• Account temporarily locked — After several consecutive failed login attempts, the account will be locked for a few minutes as a security measure. Wait a moment and try again.
• Not receiving OTP code — Check your phone's SMS settings and ensure your registered phone number is correct. Try requesting the OTP code again after 60 seconds.

• "Account not found" Error — Double-check the phone number or username entered. Make sure there are no accidentally typed spaces.

Account Security After Login

Security does not end once you have successfully logged in. a6star continuously monitors account activity in real time to detect any unusual behaviour. If our system detects suspicious activity — such as a login from a new location or unusual changes to account settings — you will be notified via SMS or app notification.

You are also encouraged to change your password regularly, at least once every three months, and to use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols for a stronger password. Avoid using your date of birth, phone number, or other easily guessable personal information as your account password.
